Traditionally the role of a tester use to come once a development has been done, but industry realised that it gives birth to lot of other problems like time and resource inefficiency, apart from increasing the project costs and customer’s unsatisfaction.
Over the period of time, the new thoughts were given and role of a tester was appreciated from an inspection mentality to guardian mentality. That is the real value of the tester is to help the development team stop the bugs from getting in the first place, rather than reporting them after they’ve been introduced.
This role is fully realised with the agile method of development and testing, which we are exploring in this course. This course will provide an overview of Agile Frameworks and the role of the tester while addressing Agile Testing at every stage of the Agile lifecycle, and various Agile maturity levels. You will also be able to effectively estimate and organise testing, as well as apply risk-based testing in Agile projects

Agile teams up the team in such a way that some of the developers are working closely with a particular tester, and , as the development is moving ahead, developers add more features, they use tests to test the application continously as they keep on adding more features, with the help of the tester who keep on writing new test cases, catching bugs and problems in real-time giving immediate feedback to the developing team

- Software requirements : Working of various browser under Windows environment loaded on Trainees PC.
