Yes, infact we have a trainer with Hands-on industry experience.
Our resource office is in Frankfurt, Germany. Wherein we can coordinate for offsite classes sooner incase your requirement is near the same. But we are open to visit and provide offsite classes at any part of the Europe.
For Blended learning & ON-demand learning classes are available in the ______ of your own place anywhere in the world.
You can request for a one hour FREE Demo Class on Saturday or Sunday – Then decide to pay if satisfied. You can very well ask for the contact details of persons trained in the past.
All these courses along with our study material will develop your skills to a level that you should be able to clear HP Certification Exam with an excellent score, you can be proud of.
a) Internet requirements: Atleast 5MBPS connection. However 10MPBS connection or more would be great.
b) Software requirements: QTP software under Windows environment loaded on Trainees PC.
c) Hardware requirements: Head Phone + Webcam for Video Conference if needed.
Duration of each course will depend upon the course and its delivery mechanism chosen. Which is given on each course page in detail. We suggest you shall visit the course page and refer the duration given there.
Yes. We do charge for the actual travel expenses for the instructor. These charges will appear as a separate line item in your invoice. We can provide our standard travel expense policy or work with your company to work within those for preferred hotels or other specific requirements.
Yes of course. You can ask questions directly to our instructor in live session. Some time we mute all attendees to avoid background noise. In that case you can raise your hand to ask your question so our instructor will unmute you. You can also put your questions in chat window so our instructor will answer those questions at some logical point when current module being explained is completed. Also at the end of each session you will get 5-10 minutes for Q&A session so that you can get all your queries answered.
Yes. We will give assignments at the end of the session to judge your understanding of the topic covered in that session. You can complete these assignments before the next session and get all your answers verified from our instructor. Our instructor will provide suggestions/feedback after checking your answers to the assignments.
We don’t provide any job guarantees, however the most successful and diligent graduates can apply for a job placement via Finceptive outsourcing department.

Generally, our courses are available in only English. However, we do offer a few courses in German. Please contact us for more information.
Wherever it’s most convenient for you. We can conduct face-to-face classroom training onsite at your facility or even at a local hotel in a meeting room.
Quotes are based on a minimum of 4 attendees. In most cases, we recommend no more than 10 attendees to optimize participants’ one-on-one interaction with the instructor. Ask us about options for delivering training when there are fewer than 3 attendees.

BLENDED - INSTRUCTOR LED COURSES
We are conducting online instructor-led live interactive training sessions using GoToTraining online training tool. Each live session will be pure practical and 100% job oriented training with lots of examples for your easy understanding. Course training is provided by the experienced working professionals who are passionate about the subject. Course content is designed by considering current software testing technology and the job market.
Instructor led training can be held in a public classroom (ILT), at your site, or virtually (vILT) online in Blended learning.

You may cancel for a full refund or move your registration to the same class on a different date up until 10 business days before the class. You must cancel in writing more than 10 business days prior the event.
We require 10 business days for all cancellations.
Yes. You’ll need a good headset with integrated microphone to your phone or PC depending which platform is being used for the voice. We strongly recommend a dual monitor for labs and lecture but it is not required.
The training coordinator will send you the connectivity document one week before the start of your course. Please follow these instructions to verify that the PC you will be using during class can connect to our labs. If you find any issues, please contact your IT team.
No. We do not sell hard copies. A printable electronic copy is supplied to course attendees.
Upgrades to manuals are only available within the eBook of a course with the same software version. The eBook will upgrade to the newer version by right clicking on the course name within the eBook. If the software version is a major revision, updates cannot be downloaded. There are no updates for physical manuals.
No, you will receive your certificate regardless of whether you complete the course survey. We do however encourage and appreciate learner feedback as it helps us provide the best quality training and education to you in the future.
Certificates are sent out at the end of a course. If you don’t receive it within 7 working days please contact your local Training Coordinator.
ON DEMAND LEARNING
It is anytime, anywhere, self-paced training that centers on interactive embedded simulations to provide a “hands-on like“ learning experience. The majority of On demand Digital Learning courses include video and an audio narrative by subject matter experts for an enhanced learning experience.
Digital Learning is priced by named user. That user receives access to the learning course and materials for 12 months duration from the registration date.
You will get all the steps to access the course videos. You can watch these videos online. As the video size is huge these are available to watch online only.
You can get all your queries answered from our instructor. You will get email address of our instructor so you can ask your queries anytime. We also have some doubt clearing sessions scheduled on request. You can get in touch with our instructor to schedule a live session to get all your doubts cleared.
EXAMINATION & CERTIFICATION
To complete the course successfully and get the certificate, the student should attend all the lectures, do practical trainings and pass the final exam. If any of this is missing, the student will get the certificate of participation only with the actual number of lecture hours attended.
Sure, after the course completion you will receive a personal certificate with a unique ID number. Its authenticity can be verified any time with Finceptive.
ADMINISTRATIVE
Since each course has different thing to learn and in different environment, we encourage you to visit the course page to refer for investment requirement for the course.
Unfortunately, no. Tuition fee installments are not allowed. The fee should be paid immediately in full.
Don’t worry. We are recording all the sessions. So even if you miss any session you can catch up with the help of the recorded video sessions. This means you have freedom to take any opportunity or emergency off in the course period which is not possible in the classroom training. But you need to make sure to complete all assignments and submit to us. We are very serious and strict about these assignments.
It is our current policy to notify the organisation or students at least one week prior to the class to confirm that it is still scheduled and has not been cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel a class unless we have a minimum class size confirmed (with purchase orders) in order to host it. If payment has already been received, Finceptive will issue a credit or a refund for the client based on their preference, and the class will be rescheduled.
If you enroll for video only on-demand course and want to later switch to blended learning you can do so by just paying the fee difference.
You can enroll online by making payment using Credit card or Paypal account. If you are from Germany or have German bank account you can pay using direct online transfer or cash deposit to our account.
